Today we worked on rounding in math and went to PE and science.  This afternoon included our first chances to really work in our reading journals, practice with cause and effect, and Haiku writing.

We started the morning reviewing our social studies.  We did a math test and a fun social studies test!  We read On the Banks of Plum Creek and did a worksheet to practice our rereading skills.  It was Mrs. Shannon's Birthday!

We had music today.  We had guidance, which was really fun.  We watched a fun video and the second time we watched it some people sang along!

We got up to 4 stars today - that is excellent!  We also finished our acrostics.  In social studies we reviewed landforms.  We had Mrs. Zanios come in and we did better listening to her.  We did a spelling pretest and learned our vocabulary.  After last recess we did an amazing fun dance!

Today we got our notebooks out and started sketching a river.  We started counting by twos and writing numbers.  We went to PE and had a tornado drill afterward.  We played Sparkle, went to science, and talked about how to get stronger with character.  We worked on our acrostics and read in our books.
